Next.js development services · EonTech
Full-stack apps that are fast by default.
We build Next.js applications that render fast, rank well, and carry their own back-end logic. Static, server, or edge — we pick the right render per route. You ship a quick product, and you own every line.

What we build
Where Next.js earns its place
From SEO-critical products to AI-native apps, Next.js shines when you need server rendering and dynamic data without splitting into two projects. We build for that, not for novelty.
-
SEO-critical web apps
Marketing-adjacent products where rankings and load time decide growth. Server rendering and static generation put real HTML in front of crawlers and users alike.
-
Full-stack products
App Router, server components, and API routes in one codebase, so a feature spans data and UI without a separate back-end project to coordinate.
-
Commerce & content
Storefronts and content platforms that combine static speed with dynamic personalisation, revalidated on demand instead of rebuilt from scratch.
-
AI-native apps
Streaming AI responses through server components and edge functions, with the model logic kept server-side where your keys and prompts stay safe.
How we engineer
Rendering choices made on purpose
The power of Next.js is choosing how each route renders. Used without discipline that becomes confusion. We make the call deliberately and document why.
- 01
Choose the render per route
Static, server-rendered, or client — we pick per route against real requirements, so each page is as fast and as fresh as it actually needs to be.
- 02
Typed, tested, observable
TypeScript end to end, tests on the logic that matters, and instrumentation in production so you see slow routes and errors before users report them.
- 03
Performance budgets
We measure Core Web Vitals and hold a bundle budget. Images, fonts, and data fetching are tuned so the app stays quick on real networks and real devices.
- 04
CI/CD to your platform
Preview deploys on every pull request and reproducible production builds, whether you run on Vercel, your own cloud, or a container platform you control.
Render strategy
One framework, every rendering model
Most pages do not all want the same treatment. A pricing page can be static, a dashboard server-rendered, a feed personalised at the edge. Next.js lets us mix them in one app — and we use that on purpose.
The result is a product that is fast where speed matters and fresh where data changes, without a second back-end project to keep in sync.

How we plug in
We fit your stack and your hosting
- Your CMS or commerce. Headless content and storefront back ends wired through their APIs.
- Your hosting. Vercel, AWS, or self-hosted containers — we deploy where you run.
- Your data layer. Databases, ORMs, and edge stores integrated with typed access.
- Your team. We work in your repo and conventions, and document what we ship.
Common questions
What teams ask before they start
-
Do we have to host on Vercel?
No. Next.js runs well on Vercel, but it is not a requirement. We deploy to AWS, other clouds, or self-hosted container platforms, and we make the rendering and caching choices that fit wherever you choose to run.
-
When is Next.js overkill?
If your site is almost entirely static content, a pure static-site generator can be simpler and cheaper to run. We are candid about that. Next.js earns its place when you need server rendering, dynamic data, or full-stack features in one codebase.
-
Can you build the AI features in the same app?
Yes. Next.js is a natural home for AI features — model calls run server-side or at the edge, keys stay off the client, and responses stream into the UI. The same team builds the interface and the model integration together.
