We do not ask for sensitive data. Please do not send us payment card numbers or health records by email.

We use your contact details to reply to your enquiry and scope your project. We use site analytics to keep the service fast and secure.
We never sell your data. We never share it for advertising. That is a firm rule.

We rely on your consent when you reach out to us. We rely on legitimate interest to keep the site safe and to run our business well.
Where the law requires it, we will ask for clear consent first. You can withdraw that consent whenever you like.
6 How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as the conversation is live. After that we hold it for up to 24 months, then we delete it.
Some records must be kept longer for tax or legal reasons. We keep only what we must, and no more.
7 How we protect it
We follow ISO 27001-aligned practices across our work. Data moves over encrypted links. Access is limited to the people who need it.
No system is perfect. Still, we test our defences and review them often.
